Terms and Conditions
By using the services of Inner One, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Article 1: Definities
1.1. Company: Inner One, part of Innerlijke Stilte, based in Eenrum, the Netherlands.
1.2. Client: The individual who makes use of the services provided by Inner One.
1.3. Session: A one-time appointment, such as a (free) insight session or introductory call, intended to explore whether a collaboration will follow.
1.4. Program: A continuous period of guidance consisting of multiple sessions over approximately 6 weeks to 3 months, depending on the program.
Article 2: Applicability
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, verbal or written, and to all services and offers by Inner One.
2.2. Deviations from these terms may be agreed upon in consultation and, if desired, confirmed in writing.
Article 3: Services
3.1. Inner One offers intuitive coaching sessions and programs aimed at fostering personal growth and self-awareness.
3.2. Inner One commits to delivering high-quality services but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The client is responsible for their own process and decisions.
3.3. Insight sessions are scheduled through the online booking system Tidycal and take place via Zoom. Coaching programs are conducted primarily via Zoom, unless in-person sessions are possible based on the client’s location and travel distance to Eenrum.
Article 4: Prices and payment
4.1. The prices of sessions and programs are listed on the website or in the offer and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2. Payments are processed via a secure online payment system, as indicated during the booking process.
4.3. By purchasing a coaching program, the client agrees to pay the full amount in advance or in instalments, if this option is offered.
4.4. The client remains responsible for paying the full program fee, even if they choose to discontinue participation.
Article 5: Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. A session must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance via the contact form or by email to info@theinnerone.com. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
5.2. Sessions within a coaching program can only be rescheduled in consultation. Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled or reimbursed.
5.3. Cancelling an entire program does not entitle the client to a refund unless agreed otherwise with Inner One.
5.4. Inner One reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
5.5. The client is responsible for joining Zoom sessions on time and with a stable internet connection. Technical issues on the client’s side do not entitle them to a reschedule or refund, unless agreed otherwise.
Article 6: Liability
6.1. Inner One is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in sessions or programs. The client is always responsible for their own decisions and progress.
6.2. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If in doubt, the client is advised to consult a licensed professional.
Article 7: Confidentiality
7.1. All information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially, unless required by law to act otherwise or with explicit consent from the client.
Article 8: Disputes
8.1. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
8.2. In case of a dispute, parties will aim to resolve the issue in mutual consultation. If necessary, the matter will be submitted to a competent court.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
9.1. All intellectual property rights regarding content, materials, methods and services remain with Inner One and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Article 10: Privacy
10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Inner One.
Article 11: Amendments
11.1. Inner One reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. In case of significant changes, clients will be informed.
